As Managing Partner of Mekong Strategic Partners (MSP) and Strategic Advisor to USAID Green Invest Asia, Mr. McGinley brings two decades of experience in banking and financial services, strategy, and the international development sector. He has successfully built high-performing businesses across the Mekong Region. Prior to founding MSP, John worked for ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) Bank for the Greater Mekong Region and led the bank’s approach to market entry and expansion across the Greater Mekong Region.

Mr. DITH Sochal has around 20-year experience in finance and banking industry. Over the years, he has held various roles across a number of with institutions including with PWC, NBC, ANZ prior to his current posting with FTB. He holds an MBA Degree. He is also an executive council member of ABC since 2019 and held as Chairperson of Sustainable Finance Committee.

Nitin Gupta is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of work experience in project finance, investment banking and private equity. He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and is the former Fund Manager and CEO of IIML Investment Managers Pte.
Mr. Gupta has a keen interest in training and delivers lectures and courses to finance professionals across Asia. He has trained and mentored professionals from companies across the region, including Petronas, Temasek, Bank Mandiri, OCBC Bank, Changi Airport and the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
Mr. Gupta has worked on many transactions and has deep experience advising clients on matters including fundraising (via project finance, private equity, IPO and debt routes), strategic acquisitions and divestments, business restructuring and valuations. Furthermore, Mr. Gupta has underwritten and advised on transactions for more than 20 companies valued over US$3 billion across sectors such as wind, solar, hydro, biomass and thermal energy, smart cities and infrastructure.
